Gmail is a free POP3 and IMAP web base mail service provided by Google. it is officially called Google Mail.
Gmail launched on April 1, 2004 as an invitation-only beta release and became available to the general public on February 7, 2007. Although tens of millions of users have taken advantage of stable releases for many months, to this day update the service remains in beta status.

Yahoo! Mail
Yahoo! Mail is a Web-based email service from Yahoo!. Introducing in 1997, Currently Yahoo! offers two versions of Yahoo! Mail first is Zimbra introduced in 2007, and second is older one Yahoo! Mail Classic, which continues the availability of the simpler 1997-2006 interface Now Yahoo! started offering unlimited mail storage.

Hotmail
Windows Live Hotmail, formerly known as MSN Hotmail and commonly referred to simply as Hotmail, launched in July of 1996 is a free webmail service of the Windows Live brand provided by Microsoft. Hotmail founded by Jack Smith and Sabeer Bhatia.
Upon registration, new users can choose from a Hotmail domain address (e.g. @hotmail.com, @hotmail.co.uk, @hotmail.fr) or a localized Windows Live domain (e.g. @live.com, @live.ca, @live.co.uk, @live.fr, @live.com.au, @live.nl, @live.jp).
